CHAIRMAN

Mr.Selvasundaram is the Chairman cum Managing Director of RenaatusProcon Private Limited and Renaatus Projects Pvt Ltd. (RPP Group). Mr. Selvasundaram a visionary entrepreneur having rich experience and knowledge in the Real Estate and infrastructure industry. After entered into the family business Mr. Selvasundaram started applying his innovative new technologies in the construction field. He has travelled more than 30 Countries for Technical Research.

Mr. Selvasundaram completed his graduation in Mathematics (B.sc) from St. Joseph College Trichy, and studied MBA degree from a prestigious IBAM university, New Delhi.

His valuable experience, strong convictions and thorough understanding of various intricacies and with assistance suitable professionals have helped the group companies to grow faster. The integrity and expertise of the top management is driving Renaatus Group to reach greater heights in the recent past.

He is specialized in Strategic planning and Marketing activities. As a Chairman of RPP Groups, he is in charge of the company’s sales and operations.

 

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR:

Mrs. Padminisundaram is a Director on panel with the RPP Group and has been involved since the early stages of conceiving and conceptualizing the vision and mission of the company.

She plays a key role in financial structuring, managing day-to-day finances of the company. Apart from managing finances, she also looks after day-to-day business operations of the company. She has the attitude of “Plan better & be organized.

Mrs. Padminisundaram has pursued my bachelor degree in biology (B.Sc (Biology) from Vellaler arts and Science College for women Erode with first class promotion, she has been very much involved in extra Curricular activities.

MANAGING DIRECTOR:

Mr.ManojPoosappan, Son of Mr. Selvasundaram, is the Managing Director (JMD) of Renaatus Project Private Limited and Director in RenaatusProcon Private Limited.

A graduate in Civil Engineering and, He is a fellow of the prestigious student of University collage of London. A keen learner, He is always looking to explore new ideas.

As his father is a successful business man since 1970 at Erode Mr.Manoj is the only son to Mr. Selvasundaram, born on 28th December 1988 and having primary education at Erode and moved to Chennai for his higher studies.

Mr. Manoj Poosappan is a young visionary with a penchant for creating businesses that deliver consistent results. He brings to the table innovative ideas and strategies to keep pace with a growing and challenging market. He has completed his post-graduate in Construction Economics and Management from University College London, United Kingdom and he is responsible for business development in RPP.
